Transitional plus traditional type difference

When I was looking at updating my residing room I never would have considered hiring an interior designer… My sibling did plus raved about how much better it was to consult a professional, then neither of us have any natural style; What my buddy and I do have is money plus no time, then this makes a perfect combination to let the experts handle it… I called the interior design business for some assistance.

The lady came over with her book of styles, colors, plus fabrics.

I looked at traditional style, contemporary style, transitional style, plus southwest type in particular. Southwest was way too funky plus bold for me, contemporary seemed boring. I was going back plus forth between traditional plus transitional. What is the difference between the two? Thankfully the lady I was working with is a professional plus knows her craft. So with a traditional type you are getting a neutral, new look. Think colorlesss, beiges, plus minimal aesthetic pops. It is a more bland, but straight-forward going look. It also is quite modern. Transitional is the blend between classic plus modern, and you get the beiges but you get pops of color. You have new plus not so new furniture pieces. I entirely liked that blend. I didn’t want to look like I designed my house in 2024 plus be out of date. I wanted something that could last a long time in case I decided to sell. Transitional type entirely worked out in my favor. I feel like almost everyone entirely enjoys the look of my residing room now.
