My girl dog is walking by my office door looking at me to see if I want her on my lap or not.
She is absolutely gentle & considerate, compared to my male dog who just blindly walks in the office & plops on my chest, not caring if I want him there or not. I try to type when she is on my chest but with her long hair in my face I find it strenuous to get any work done. The girl dog usually finds a bed on my shins, which doesn’t bother me at all. My main Heating & Air Conditioning system hasn’t been run in about three months now & I wonder what my power bill will be, that is going to arrive in the next few days I bet. I am going to quote & say that my power bill for the past two months will be about $173, but it could be as low as $140 because I didn’t run the cooling system or heat at all over those two months. I did run my little mini split cooling system component in my bedroom the past month or so, but it doesn’t use that much energy compared to the main system so my bills should still be fairly low for that billing period. Anyway, at least I am comfortable in this flat while in the overheated months of the summertime, & if it takes a few more bucks to stay that way I am nice with paying it. I just like some great climate control to keep me cool when I sleep & work at home.
