I am working for another half hour & then I’ll get out of here & take a walk.
My cats are all fat & cheerful & quiet again, settling down for a full day of slumber on various fluffy surfaces in my flat.
They like to sleep on towels & blankets or anything that is soft, which are multiple locations in my flat. They seem to like about five peculiar spots in my flat though, one of them being the spot where their food bowl is. I soaked their dry dog food in water this day using my overheated water heater to make the water overheated so it absorbs quicker. They like the soft food because it is easy to shovel in their mouths without having to crunch the small spheres to swallow them. The cooling rep told me about this little trick & some mornings I soften the food in a tupperware tote in the fridge for the day. When they eat the soft food it is much quieter & they eat it all in about a eighth of the time compared to the strenuous nugget day feasts. The cooling system is purring now which is reminding me that summer time is coming & the temps will be heating up absolutely soon. It is the start of June & Mother Nature is right on time with her season to start. The Heating & Air Conditioning supplier is open again & is going to get flooded soon with heating & cooling purchasers looking for ways to cool down their flats this coming summer. It should be a fun time this summer.
