I am craving my cheese and bacon omelet and may just make one this morning instead of my normal kefir and apple breakfast.
I don’t like to eat too much red meat though like I have been for the past few months as I have been lazy to make meals at night and opt for a burger or a doner kebab.
I guess there are worse things to eat and if I am not eating them every single night it is probably going to be fine. I just don’t want to have health problems from a poor diet. My heating rep had some polyps from eating too much red meat and I don’t want to get those from doing the same, so when I am taking a lunch break at the local business where I work I usually have a lunch made from home that is healthier than eating at a restaurant. I eat a lot of salads each week, probably five times a week, and I think those do a lot to clean out my system so I don’t get those polyps. The cooling equipment in my flat is going to need a tune up soon and I think I will contact that cooling and heating rep to see when someone could come out to take a look at it. I want to be ready for the summer, which is going to be here in a matter of a few weeks I bet. The a/c system will run for about three months then and I want it to be clean before it happens.
